You've noticed the change to sans-serif font. Or at least you see the sans-serif font. I don't really like most sans-serif fonts, mostly because of the characters I, l, and 1. The numeral one is usually distinguishable from the others; uppercase i and lowercase el, not so much. But some displays don't seem to do so well with rendering the serif fonts legibly. (I remember being slow to use Firefox 2 because I disliked the new text rendering.) So I'm trying this out to see if I can get used to it.
